Staff realignment meant to boost advocacy efforts Addington The $107M-revenue National Federation of Independent Business recently reshaped its organizational structure, bringing in one new staffer and expanding the roles of two current executives as part of an effort to boost advocacy efforts. Brad Close, SVP of public policy and advocacy, will lead NFIB's new public policy department, which brings together the business group's political, policy, lobbying, and grassroots functions.
